Teen making waves

Jessica Watson at age 16 is the youngest woman ever to attempt to sail solo around the world.

We received an email from one of our tmcyouth.com community members who let us know that she’d been in touch with Jessica’s land base. In the resulting email exchange she offered prayers for Jessica’s safety (which were enthusiastically accepted!) and then she thought of us. As she wrote, “Who better to ask than TMC Youth?”

Jessica’s blog (www.jessicawatson.com.au) from January 3rd states that she’s encountering 30 knot winds, 7 degree temperatures, sleet, rain, and hail, but that she’s progressing well.

Please join us as we pray for her safety. And then share your prayers, and comments here.
