Actually, Isabelle, I was holding the camera. I wouldn’t recommend it normally, but the traffic was so slow it didn’t seem to be a problem and these flip video cameras are very light and easy to hold. It was while I was stuck in traffic that Mary Baker Eddy’s “highway” quote came to thought so it was natural to pick up the camera and share the inspiration!

I like what you shared about ’self sacrifice’- it made me think about not only giving up of self for others,but also being able to ’sacrifice’ things that I may want to have think or do that aren’t the best for progressing on my own spiritual highway-thanks.
