Erik Gates - Christian Science Sentinel, Oct. 8, 2007
Swimming is a big part of my life. I swim for two hours a day, four days a week, on a competitive aquatics team. Just like with swimming, I’ve realized that it’s equally important to practice the spiritual ideas I’m learning in Christian Science.
Christian Science lecturer Bosede Bakarey discovered firsthand that Christian Science heals. At the Australian Spiritual Summit in Melbourne on July 12th, she'll be talking about how anyone can find the same consistency in healing through God's law of love.
TMC Youth intern Kemi Awosile caught up with Bosede to find out more of what she has learned about effective Christian healing and what she'll be sharing at the Summit.
Christian Science lecturer Daniel Scott earned a PhD in mathematical physics, but his real interest lies in scientific metaphysics. And that's what he's going to talk about at the Australian Spiritual Summit in Melbourne on July 12th.
TMC Youth intern Kemi Awosile spoke with him to find out how science and religion relate. And is it possible to take a scientific approach with religion?
Christian Science lecturer Susie Rynerson will share some ideas about building friendships, improving rocky relationships, and discovering romantic relationships at the Australian Spiritual Summit in Melbourne on July 12th.
TMC Youth intern Kemi Awosile sat down with Susie to find out what she thinks connects all those types of relationships.
There’s a widespread desire to understand the mind-body connection. Christian Science teaches that our minds don’t affect our bodies, but instead, that our bodies are the expression of our thoughts.
