Math Valentine to God – by John

Thank you God for your infinite love to me.
The product of Your love
to me
cannot be measured.
God is the solution to all my problems.
The diameter of the Earth
is smaller
than my love for God.
I never want to be
divided
from You.
You are the Sun
And the I Am.
And I am
one of
Your rays of light.
Happy Valentine’s Day!

This poem is a wonderful ‘addition’ to the world’s literary collection. John Monday is such a talented writer and spiritually in-tune young man to have created it. The fact that he has approached this assignment from such a loving ‘angle’ proves that he is no ’square’. Just reading this poem has made my connection with God ‘multiply’!

Mom Says:
John,
Your poem has struck a chord with me! In a multidimensional universe you are a prism of light tessellating beyond the circumference of our world and reaching altitudes above the stars. You have an acute mind and are a cute boy
and have yet to reach the apex of your influence. You are an exponentially growing blessing to me! Love, mama
Gabi Says:

great job! Happy Valentine’s Day!
grammy Says:
The work of this young psalmist shows beautiful symmetry in seven periods around, \”The diameter of the earth is smaller than my love for God.\” God works most powerfully through the purity in spirit of inspired youth… Keep your faith pure & bright, unmarred by the neon, sodium, fluorescent vapor lights of this confused world.
Boris Goldmund,CS Says:
Thank you for this great poem. Its just what was needed in my morning study today.
God is indeed greater than any situation or circumstance known to me and mine and all.
John Monday Says:
Dear Anonymous,
At first I was having trouble writing the poem. I was feeling uncomfortable writing a love poem so I asked my Mom to help me. She told me to be still and pray with God and say some of my Bible verses to myself. She told me that I will find the answer in my love for God and that God loves me very much. Then I thought of doing a Valentine to God.
Aunt Marie Says:
