Join the Reading Room communications team, and learn how we support Christian Science Reading Rooms worldwide in making the most essential literature on earth accessible and available to their communities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance of the Reading Room’s website, MyOpenDoors, particularly product and display information, and provide input on new ideas for site development
- Assist with other communication venues, both online and print formats
- Develop a proposal and carry out a plan for helping Reading Rooms better address youthful audiences
- Assist with various administrative needs
Desired Qualifications:
- Committed to Christian Science
- Team player, flexible, expectant, creative, energetic, and organized
- Good research, writing, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Powerpoint. Familiarity with website design and HTML is helpful
- Willing to pitch in on projects that may be mundane and others that may be quite significant
