This is a wonderful opportunity to get hands-on experience on equipment and software that is commonly used in the radio and television industry. We will count on our intern to become a functioning member of our production team in every aspect of the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Works with the Multimedia staff to learn all phases of the production and post-production process including: duplication requests, equipment set-up, short editing assignments, tape logging/digitizing, camera operator, teleprompter, graphics/chyron operator, directing, stage manager.
- May be assigned to complete a video project.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in a television studio environment
- Working knowledge of field equipment including cameras, lights, sound gear, etc
- Well-versed in technical systems and signal flow for video and/or audio production
- Ability to work in a professional setting. Brings enthusiasm and energy to the work
- Willingness to learn new skills.
