Learn how Christian Scientists effectively interact with the government; how statutes and regulations are made and how they might impact the practice of Christian Science around the world. This position provides excellent experience for those interested in a legal or government-related career.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with legal research on specific topics, using internal and external resources
  • Help with the collection and organization of research into a usable resource
  • Manage files and databases
  • Learn about Committee work with its world-wide focus

Desired Qualifications:

  • Class instruction desired
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent research and organization ability, and verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to search legal/legislative databases on the internet.

How long is the internship?

  • 8 week minimum and no more than 4 months.

When do I start?

  • No sooner than May 1st
