Dumela (Hello), I am Roseborn Afi Bonsi and I’m from Ghana. I was born in Accra, Ghana where I lived with my family until we moved to Botswana in 1992. I am truly blessed to have grown up in two cultures that are totally different, but each beautiful.

Earlier this year I asked God for guidance in my life. I asked Him to be the star in my life daily. One Thursday evening, a career conference was held at Principia College where I attend school. This event was advertised as offering some free pizza so a friend and I decided to go. We were very much aware that a variety of Christian Science organizations would be represented at this fair. Fly in sixteen college-aged Christian Scientists from around the world to Boston for internships, throw them into a few different apartments, add food, and you will get lots of interesting conversations. Issues such as gun control, abortion, homosexuality, youth involvement in the Church, and how you like your eggs cooked—topics ranging wide in seriousness and importance—have been buzzing throughout the intern apartments.
