This experience has been another landmark for me - knowing  that even if my attempts at kindness or love don't get a good response - love is always the answer!!  (See MBEddy's quote from Science and Health "Human affection is not poured forth vainly, even though it meet no return. Love enriches the nature, enlarging, purifying, and elevating it." Check it out on p. 57!)</description>
