It really is revolutionary to think about how we are naturally spiritual, joyful, healthy. I loved thinking about it then, and it still helps me immensely today. Knowing that we’re “already there” with these things instead of wrestling to achieve them “some day” makes them so much more accessible. Knowing that enables me to relax and truly love God for having made us all so good… and then I see even more of His goodness!! It’s really cool how that works.

And the same it is with love, health, worth - they are divine facts, fixed and unchanging. And we cannot fabricate them. For me this idea is so wonderful!! We “only” can express them,..
